3. Pricing and Payment

• —All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable GST.
• —Prices are subject to change without notice. The price at the time of order placement is binding.
• —Orders are confirmed only after successful payment verification.
• —We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and wallets (availability may vary).

4. Shipping and Delivery

• —Orders are typically dispatched within 24–48 hours of payment confirmation.
• —Delivery timelines vary by location: 2–5 business days for most metros, up to 7 days for other areas.
• —Free shipping on orders above ₹2,000. Shipping charges apply below this threshold.
• —Risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon dispatch. We provide tracking information for all shipments.
• —SOLESTREET is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Returns and Refunds

• —Returns accepted within 7 days for unworn, undamaged items in original packaging.
• —Full refund if item is found to be inauthentic — no questions asked.
• —Exchange requests are subject to stock availability.
